Redelivery/Store Credit/Gift Cards

■ REDELIVERY

• Right click the vendor and select “Menu” (or “Touch”)
• Choose “REDELIVER” from the drop down menu.

U need to use the same product vendor for redelivery. Example: If u need to Redelivery "Extreme Skirt" u should click on "Extreme Skirt" vendor, only this will be work for u're product redelivery.

 

This will only work for purchases made at Insomnia Mainstore.
For failed delivery of items from the Marketplace, contact editkao Resident inworld.

■ TO SEND GIFT

• Right click the vendor and select “Menu” (or “Touch”)
• Choose “Buy as Gift” from the drop down menu.
• In open chat, type the username of the avatar you wish to send the item to, making sure spelling is correct.

■ GIFT CARDS

• Simply wear the gift card. It will be attached to your right hand. If a number of expiry days were setted on the gift card, it will start counting down from/on the FIRST REZ. So if the gift card was first rezzed by you on 1st March 2015 it will expire of 90 days
• Touch the *IS* Product vendor, and select "Gift Card" from the menu.
• If the value of the gift card is exactly the same value of the product, the value will be deducted from the gift card, and the item delivered.
• If the value of the gift card is more than the product, the value will be deducted from the gift card, and the item delivered. You may use the remaining value on other items.
• If the value of the gift card is less than the product, the gift card holder will first receive a prompt about the price difference. The person will be given an option to continue or cancel. If the person chooses to continue, the value will be deducted from the gift card and he/she will be prompted to pay the balance. The "Pay" price of the prim will then be set to the balance amount. This function will time out in 20 seconds. If no payment is received, the initial gift card value will be refunded.
• Anyone else who pays the prim while the prim awaiting payment from the gift card holder, their money will be refunded, as the person will be paying a price lesser than the selling price.

■ HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS

• Right Click the vendor and select “Menu” (or “Touch”)
• Choose CREDIT or GIFT CARD from the blue drop down
